This was the sixth year for the drive-a-thon, which raised $6,000 for the charity. It was contributed in the name of Ed Helbling, a nasioc.com member who recently passed on at the age of 27.

HOW FAR AND HOW HIGH CAN A RALLY CAR JUMP? Ken Block of Subaru Rally Team USA took one of the Vermont SportsCar-prepared Monster Energy™ team cars and found out.
As shown on the Discovery Channel’s “Stunt Junkies” last February, Block prepared a motorcross-style dirt jump with a huge gap and landing ramp for the car. His final result: a jump 171 feet long at 30 feet off the ground.
See what he has to say about it on his Web site – www.ken-block.com, under the tab labeled, “News, Schedule & Results.”
As announced on the back cover, Drive Performance has a new Web site at www.driveperformance.subaru.com. It’s an electronic version of the magazine, plus more!
Keep up with the Drive Performance site as it grows over time.
